Tiresford Farm

Tiresford is situated in the heart of the most important milk producing area in the country It is overlooked by no more than two castles: the ancient Beeston Castle guarding the nearby border with North Wales and the less venerable but perfectly preserved Peckforton Castle.

The farm is sheltered from the severe weather by the mountains of North Wales whose peaks are covered in snow for several months of the year; and the more immediate shelter of the Peckforton hills means that the rainfall remain adequate without being overwhelming!!

The Tiresford herd is recognised as a top prize winning pedigree herd, which has been producing milk for more than fifty years.
